When the meeting's over,you're done.

The notes are done before you hang up — decisions, to-dos, and due dates, at a glance.

MeetKeep never uploads your audio. Your voice stays on your machine.

A meeting you were in is never lost

Recording starts when you join and stops when you leave, then transcription begins on its own. If you were in the meeting, it was kept — you never touch it.

Who agreed to what stops being a memory test

Click any word and the audio jumps to that second. Speakers are separated automatically — who’s who is still clear at your next meeting. Mixed Chinese-English and 25 European languages are all supported.

Nobody reads the transcript

So MeetKeep gives you the outcome instead: decisions, to-dos, due dates, open questions — all handled. Don’t feel like reading? The board is clear at a glance — copy it as one image and send it anywhere. No more writing up notes by hand.

You’re done. Your agent isn’t.

The meeting’s decisions become work without you translating them — tell your agent "build what we agreed in Monday’s review" and it reads the transcript, notes and action items itself. MeetKeep ships an MCP server, one click from Claude Code, Codex and the other agents you already use.

Questions

Does the audio get uploaded?

No. Recording, transcription, voiceprints, and screen content all stay on this Mac. Client calls, comp reviews, and legal discussions — the ones you would never put through a cloud tool — are safe to record.

Why do I need my own API key?

Notes are optional and need a language model to write them. MeetKeep isn't tied to any provider — bring your own key from OpenRouter, OpenAI, Anthropic, or anywhere else. Only text is sent; audio never leaves your Mac.

Which meeting apps are supported?

Auto-detect: Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Slack Huddles, Tencent Meeting, Lark, and DingTalk. For browser calls or other apps, recording mode works the same — system audio plus mic, independent of the app.

How do refunds work?

Within 14 days of purchase, no reason required: email us, or request a refund in the payment provider’s portal. There is also a 14-day full trial, so you can try before you buy.
